Delete your Klyq account

Klyq is operated by Rivelo Labs. You can permanently delete your Klyq account from the app or request help by email.

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to Klyq.
2. Open You → Account → Delete account.
3. Review the warning and confirm Delete permanently.

If you cannot sign in, email support@calquors.com from the email associated with your account. Include “Klyq account deletion” in the subject. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing your request.

What deletion does

The in-app process deletes your authentication account and associated application database records, including your profile, messages, posts, location and activity records. It also removes media files uploaded under your Klyq account from our current Cloudflare R2 media store. The process cannot remove copies already saved or captured by other users.

Subscription ownership identifiers may be retained to reconcile purchases and prevent reuse. Backups and records needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution may remain for a limited additional period. If you have older media that predates the current media store, contact support so we can check for remaining files.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Klyq account does not cancel an active store subscription. Cancel Klyq Plus separately in your Google Play or Apple subscription settings.
